At IFTS Learning, we are committed to providing quality training materials to help our learners achieve their goals. This refund policy ensures transparency and fairness in handling refund requests for our pre-recorded online training courses.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Consumption Limit: Refunds will not be provided if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- Non-Refundable Programs: Personalized or customized training programs are non-refundable.
Conditions for Refund Approval
Refund requests will be approved under the following circumstances:
- The course was purchased in error (e.g., duplicate purchases).
- The content does not match the description provided on the website.
- The learner is dissatisfied with the course content and provides specific feedback within the refund eligibility period.
Process for Requesting Refunds

- Purchase receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Our support team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The refund request is made after the refund period has expired.
- A significant portion of the course has been accessed.
- Technical issues are not reported within the refund period.
